Program Description
The US Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a continuing requirement for the Information Technology Acquisition Program (ITAP).
Previous Requirements
DOJ/FBI has the following requirements:
- Information Technology Refresh Program (formally TRP now known as Prevention of Information Technology Obsolescence) on existing information technology equipment deployed in FBI Headquarters and Field Offices
- The equipment and services to be purchased falls within the following areas:
- Workstations/Desktops
- Laptops
- Printers/Scanners
- Servers
- Network Storage
- Backup/Recovery
- Other IT related equipment
- Asset Recovery
- The vendor must be able to:
- Provide support services to assist the government with obtaining extended maintenance
- Maintaining accountable property
- Processing orders for equipment
Basedon ITAP competition, we should expect:
- Three volume response consisting of: Administrative, Price and Past Performance; Technical and Management Approach; Security Plan and Key Personnel
- Five past performance references for contracts or delivery orders of similar size, scope and complexity to this requirement within the past 3 years
- Technical and management approach demonstrating ability to provide the product offerings, meet energy, environmental and other IT regulations including 508 compliance, online ordering capability, warranties, and ability to deliver items just in time
- Security volume detailing ability to safeguard classified material and manage clearances
- Best value evaluation of technical, management, past performance, and price among offerors who pass the security requirements
